It is said to contribute to sleep. Whether it's true I do not know, but I find it totally comfortable at night on nem scented pillows to sleep : D
It would have been bad if it would not give something. But since I've tried it now I will not give it any more and I am myself every night on my good-smelling pillow ^___^
